The property includes a full kitchen, dining table with 5 chairs + 2 stools at the kitchen counter. Kick back on the brand NEW comfy sofa next to the flat screen TV and brand new gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty, and take in the great views. During the summer time enjoy the new air conditioners(most places in Steamboat don't have them). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal. Enjoy fresh mountain air, the great views and your beverage of choice on the covered balcony and the brand NEW furniture off the living area. The master suite offers the great views, as well as a brand NEW comfy king mattress, brand NEW portable AC unit, a flat screen TV and a private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Brand NEW queen bed, flat screen TV and views as well. There is another full bathroom in the hallway. Timber Run has all the property amenities you would want on site including an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a BBQ area with picnic tables, community laundry rooms, tennis courts (summer only) and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area. You have a locked ski locker next to the front door. A convenient parking lot is outside of the unit.
