The Gull House - Kentucky Lake Glamping

Manufactured Home This is a hidden gem on Kentucky Lake that is located just 20 minutes from Murray, KY and Paris Landing State Park. Perfect for a weekend getaway for anyone who enjoys the peace and quiet and convenient access to beautiful Kentucky Lake. Property includes boat dock and boat ramp. You can enjoy sunset views around the firepit located on the lakefront. The space Nice relaxing screened in porch for reading or just enjoying the fresh air. We have a charcoal BBQ grill, fire pit and picnic table. Inside we provide a big screen smart TV, coffee maker, microwave, and all plates, cups, pots, pans and utensils provided. There is no dishwasher available. Be sure to check out our additional amenities under "other things to note" Guest access Firepit and chairs near lakefront, picnic table, charcoal grill, boat dock, boat ramp, and property between manufactured home and lakefront. Lake access is the property straight across from the driveway of the Gull House. (Look for the sign) You may drive a golf cart (available for rent), your vehicle, tow your boat or walk to the lakefront. Your host owns the property and you have full access to it. (Kentucky Lake is a flood control lake, at the end of August they will begin lowering the lake levels. If you plan to bring your own boat during Fall/Winter/ early spring please let us know and we will give you directions to a nearby ramp.) Other things to note Please check in at the Glamping office (45 Riverside road, New Concord, KY 42076) upon arrival. Pontoon Boat rental available Full day (8 hours) $325.00 + gas Half day (4 hours) $250.00 + gas We will bring the boat to the Gull House dock for you, and pick it up from the Gull house dock at the end of your rental time. Kayak/ paddle board rentals available $15/Hour $50/ Daily Fishing Kayak/Hobie eclipse $20/Hour $65/Daily If you would like to rent kayaks please let us know when you make your reservations. We own a store right up the road from The Gull House - Kentucky Lake Glamping store. We will be open in March 2022. We sell essentials, souvenirs, lake essentials, and much more. We also have a café where we sell Fresh muffins, Coffee, hand dipped ice cream, and homemade pizza. Also, We are located approximately 9 miles from a Dollar General, 20 minutes to the closest grocery store and 30 minutes from Wal-mart. No need spending hours packing for your getaway. We provide all pots and pans, silverware, plates & cups, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, basic spices. Bathroom amenities include toilet paper, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush & toothpaste. We have beach towels available as well as indoor and outdoor games. If you're not sure what else is included, please don't hesitate to ask! Early check-in at 1:00pm upon request (if available) for a $25 fee Late check-out at 1:00pm upon request (if available) for a $25 fee If you are not out by 10:00 am (if not requested late check out) you will be charged additional fees.
