Being on the ground floor, you can unload your beach gear or groceries directly into the villa—no elevators or stairs required! Managed & owned by local family that is committed to providing great stays! Living Area: An open-concept space featuring a wall of windows that frame the lake. Step directly out onto the rear deck for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The Master Suite: A peaceful sanctuary for the adults, featuring a King-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The "Kid Zone" (Bedroom 2): Designed with families in mind! This room features two Twin-over-Full bunk beds, giving the kids their own space to hang out after a day in the sun. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped for family meals. We provide both a drip coffee maker and a K-cup brewer to get your beach mornings started right. 📍 Location Highlights You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Miramar Beach and Destin without the hassle of driving everywhere. Beach Access: Just a 2-4 minute stroll using the private community pedestrian tunnel (safely under the road!). Dining: The famous Crab Trap Restaurant and beach bar are right at the end of the tunnel. Fun: Immediate access to James Lee Park, which features a playground and shaded pavilions. Essentials: Only 1.5 miles to Publix, Whole Foods, and the Destin Commons shopping center. 🎒 Family Amenities Included We know traveling with a crew can be a lot of work. We’ve stocked the villa to make it easier: Beach wagon & sand toys Beach chairs & towels Pack-n-Play & High Chair (available upon request) TVs are Roku streaming. While there is much free content, bring your streaming and/or cable logins to access premium content. Guest access Guests have access to the whole ground floor unit, with the exception of the secured owner storage areas. Access to the pool and the beach are also included. The lockout door between upper/lower units will be double-dead-bolted. Each unit has its separate entrance, deck, water heater, HVAC, kitchen, etc. * There are no shared spaces. * Other things to note 📋 House Rules & Safety To ensure a five-star experience for all our guests, we maintain a high standard of care for the property: Requirements: Signed Rental Agreement, ID verification, and a $300 refundable security deposit hold are required within 24 hours of booking. You will note that Airbnb displays a message at booking (under the final pricing) that says this is authorized. Check-in/out: 4:00 PM Arrival / 10:00 AM Departure. Strict Policies: No pets, no smoking/vaping, and no parties. We also have a strict "No Glitter/No Dye" policy to keep the villa pristine. Monitoring: For your safety, exterior video cameras may be present (no interior views) and interior noise level monitors (decibels only; no audio) are in use. HOA may, at its discretion, turn-off pool heating due to extreme weather or occupancy. Some booking sites use AI tools that may add or change details in listings.
