We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the mountain air. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 14 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine and traditional... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Exterior: - Two balconies, one to the east and one to the west of about 4 m² each with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. Rates: Bed linen: €10/bed Bathroom linen: €5 for shower sheet & towel - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price 50€. - Possibility of an extra bed for 1 person on request from our local service provider. - Possibility of a folding baby bed on request from our service provider on site. - Basic food necessities (oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc...). - Basic hygiene and maintenance (dishes, toilet, etc.).
