It is modern and chicly furnished and offers direct access to the natural beach via the path at the house. This allows guests to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. The covered terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding fields and meadows and invites you to relax in the sun. The decor of the house is upscale and the separate kitchen is equipped with modern high-gloss furniture and kitchen appliances. A dining area with bar stools offers a cozy way to start the day. The spacious living area with access to the sunny terrace offers plenty of space, and a fireplace provides warmth on cold days. Two large sofas and a dining area complete the color-coordinated ambiance of the room. Underfloor heating is installed in the entire house. On the ground floor there is also a second bathroom with wellness shower, toilet and sauna, ideal for relaxing after a long beach walk. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The so-called children's room is equipped with a pull-out IKEA bunk bed that can accommodate two people. The second bedroom has a box spring bed, ample storage space, and a TV. For families with small children, a travel crib and a high chair are available. A laundry package can be ordered on request.
