Nestled in its own olive grove, this charming house is quietly situated on a slope – a place to take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy. Here you will experience complete privacy, surrounded by Mediterranean nature. Despite the idyllic location, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes: The small, beautiful seaside resort of San Lorenzo al Mare is only 2.2 km away and invites you to linger with its beaches, cafes and promenade. A well-stocked Ligurian grocery store with fresh rolls is only 1.5 km away – perfect for a relaxed breakfast on the terrace. You can reach the charming coastal town of Imperia with its beaches, markets and diverse shopping opportunities in about 10 minutes (8 km). The picturesque mountain village of Civezza is also within walking distance. There you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view as well as a selection of restaurants, small shops and a pharmacy. Location note: The access is via a typical Ligurian, somewhat steeper road – it is easily passable and ensures the wonderfully quiet, secluded location of the house. Lowlanders have to get used to it first. For a completely relaxing stay, the final cleaning and linen are already arranged. For this, we charge a one-time service fee of €200 (payable on site). Heating In the cooler season, the fireplace provides particularly pleasant warmth and cozy evenings. Wood can be provided on request for €70 per week. The gas central heating can also be used (consumption is read; €10/m³). ⸻ 🌊 Imperia region The region around Imperia is a true paradise: In addition to beautiful beaches, it offers ideal conditions for cyclists and hikers. The famous coastal bike paths and the varied natural surroundings make this place a real insider tip for active vacationers and connoisseurs. Other things to note In Imperia and the surrounding area, guests are legally obliged to register with the authorities. We will take care of this for you. We will send you a questionnaire before arrival with details of the individual guests, as well as the respective details of the ID cards.
