This is Beach Road in Dana Point, a stretch of coastline known locally as the Californian Riviera, where the ocean isn't a view from a distance but a constant, living presence outside your door. Mornings here begin with coffee and shifting tides; evenings end with the sky easing into color over the water. Living space This entire lower-unit townhome accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living area is anchored by two sofas and a 56" TV, with WiFi and an Ethernet connection available throughout. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to handle anything work-related without leaving the comfort of home. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable in any season, while a gas indoor fireplace brings warmth and atmosphere on cooler coastal evenings. Ceiling fans and portable fans offer additional comfort as needed. Sleeping arrangements The Master Suite is furnished with a king bed, Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed and twin bed. A full sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for the group. Families traveling with young children will find a crib and Pack 'n play/Travel crib available upon request. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage (closet and dresser) are all provided. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Appliances include a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a baking sheet, and wine glasses are all on hand. The dining table seats 8, making it easy to gather the whole group for a meal after a day by the water. Bathroom Both bathrooms are well-appointed with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products. Hot water is available, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach quick and easy. Outdoor living Step out onto your private patio or balcony and take in uninterrupted beach and ocean views. At high tide, waves crash dramatically against the shoreline; at low tide, the sand stretches wide below. Beach access lets you head straight down to the shore. An outdoor dining area and gas BBQ grill make al fresco meals with the Pacific as your backdrop an easy everyday pleasure. A backyard space on the property rounds out the outdoor options. Parking & access The home features a private entrance and free parking on premises for up to 2 cars. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Home safety amenities include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. An in-unit washer and free dryer make longer stays practical, and essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-week or mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also welcome. Location Situated on Beach Road between San Clemente and Dana Point, the property places you at the edge of one of Southern California's most coveted stretches of coastline. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - please inquire during the week of your stay. There is no extra fee if the request can be accommodated. Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind.
