This one will have you wanting to book again for next year! The first bedroom is street side with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The bright and cheerful kitchen is open to the oceanfront living room and features Corian counters and upgraded cabinetry. The primary bedroom has a new King bed and is also oceanfront with an adjoining bath. Both bedrooms include TVs. The large covered deck has gracious outdoor seating and spectacular views of the Atlantic. Enjoy a dip in the oceanfront salt water swimming pool or take advantage of the community grilling area. Elevator access. You will love your stay at "Sharpe"! Welcome to Sea Colony, a family favorite condominium complex complex! Known for it's well kept grounds with BBQ grills and picnic tables, oceanfront salt water swimming pool and deck, and private beach access, Sea Colony provides an inviting recreational area for the enjoyment of all guests. The complex also has elevator access to all units. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Bedding Recap: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking only available in open lots, underneath building reserved for owners. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund. If we’re able to re rent the property, an additional refund may apply (excluding non refundable fees and travel insurance). • Pool Availability If your rental includes a pool and your stay, please note that it may not be open. We’ve got your bed linens and bath towels covered. However, we don’t supply toiletries, soaps, paper products, trash bags, or similar items— aside from a few starter essentials.
