By booking this listing you are agreeing to living in a home with up to 3 other individuals and working together to keep the home clean by picking up after yourself. The host is not responsible for babysitting every guest, each guest is responsible to each other to keep the home comfortable for everyone. The host will only get involved if there are house rule violations but will not micro manage the day to day. This is a shared home, not a hotel. You will be sharing the space with other long-term guests and are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and taking out your own trash. Room Details: - The reservation is for one private bedroom within a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. The other bedrooms are occupied by other guests. - The maximum occupancy in the entire home is four people—one per bedroom. - No in-room A/C is available. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and an operable window fan. A mini-split A/C unit is available in the common living area for shared use. Shared Spaces & Responsibilities: - All common areas—including the two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, backyard, and laundry—are shared among all guests. - Guests are expected to keep common areas free of personal clutter at all times. - You must clean up immediately after using shared spaces. We provide cleaning supplies in the closet for communal use. - There will be occasional surface cleaning in shared areas by hosts, but day-to-day cleanliness is solely the responsibility of each guest. - Personal items are not allowed to be kept in the bathrooms. - Food storage is restricted to your designated space in the fridge and shelves. Nothing should be left out in the kitchen or common areas. - Anything left in shared spaces may be disposed of by the hosts. Repeated offenses may lead to cancellation of your booking. Parking: - Free street parking is available; no designated parking spots are assigned or guaranteed. Other Policies: - This listing is for one bedroom only. The entire home is shared, and guests are expected to respect neighbors and quiet hours. - No parties, loud noises, or disruptive behavior are permitted. - The hosts conduct periodic surface-level cleaning, but guests must maintain daily cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. - Please do not store personal items or leave belongings in shared bathrooms or common areas outside your designated space. - Any violations of these rules or neglect of cleanliness may result in termination of the reservation.
