This calm, light-filled room features wood floors and cozy, high-quality linens. The space includes a private closet, dedicated desk, and comfortable sitting area--designed to support both rest and daily routines. Ideal for professional travelers or guests visiting family, the room offers a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Guests are welcome to enjoy multiple shared spaces throughout the home, including the kitchen, living room, back patio. The space The home is open and spacious, with thoughtfully designed shared areas created for comfort and ease. The kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy cooking, featuring quality knives, and ample food storage--making it easy to truly feel at home. There are multiple inviting spaces for dining, working, or relaxing--both indoors and outdoors. Guests are welcome to enjoy the back porch and garden, offering a calm setting for meals, conversation, or quiet moments. Guest access You will have access to the bedroom, bathroom, back patio, front yard, living room, multiple eating areas, back porch, back gardens, exercise area, kitchen. During your stay I am thrilled to have guests. I work from home as well as away and spend significant time in my office--which is separate from the main living space and your rooms. I am available via text for questions, and in person as needed and available. This home is geared towards peace and professionals. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am, and no loud music, parties, etc. are allowed. this is to honor the peaceful living and gracious space design, and to provide a true respite for travelers. Other things to note Please let me know what you are coming in for and how I can help you on your trip. Please know that I have a 5-pound Bichon-Poodle. She is friendly and loves to say hi, but I mostly keep her in the back of the house unless I know you are interested in sharing time with her. I do consider dogs on a case-by-base basis. Unfortunately, I cannot host cats as I am severely allergic. A Couple Additional Clarifications: -no additional guests are allowed -no fireworks, explosives or flammable materials (tobacco, vaping, candles, incense sticks, etc.) allowed on the property -no firearms allowed on any part of the property, inside, or outside -one set of towels is provided per guest: additional are provided at host's discretion and for a fee
