Quaint, ADA accessible 1 bedroom apartment on quiet country road in the rolling hills of Athens County. Sweeping views of meadow and woods off of spacious back deck provide views of birds and other wildlife. Owner lives across the road and available to answer any questions. Approximately 6 miles from uptown Athens/Ohio University, a 15-20 minute drive. We do have high speed Internet, which works well to stream videos, take Zoom calls, etc., most of the time. But, we are in the country, and sometimes due to weather, or who knows, it goes out or doesn't work as well as we'd like. We also do not have cable TV. If you hope to spend your trip inside watching TV, this may not be the top choice. Once again, the Internet works great most of the time, but when it doesn't, we still hope it's an incredible respite with comfortable amenities and beautiful porch and deck views great for reading a book, enjoying time with company, or getting a good night's rest after enjoying all that Athens County has to offer.
