Come relax, sit by the fire pit, walk the dirt roads & trials! Walk 2 min. to the boat launch/swim area & enjoy the canoe. WIFI. 500 mbps. Yard: grill out, make s'mores by the fire pit, play horse shoes. Inside: play games, complete puzzles, cuddle up and watch movies. Outings: Antique Alley, Chucksters, Stonehouse Pond, Meadows State Park, Portsmouth,Concord. *Sleeps 4. *PET FEE $25 per dog/ night. 1-2 behaved dogs. Dogs only due to health concern for cleaner. *Wear life jackets provided. The space Use of whole cottage. *Cottage is 420 sq ft. One bedroom with double bed, fold down sofa and air mattress. 2 minute walk to Harvey Lake. Other things to note Check in after 5:00. Check out by 3:00. Sorry no early check ins. *No smoking. No candles. No fireworks. *No parties/events or gatherings. *Cottage is in neighborhood. *All cars must park in the driveway. * If having local friends/family over for the day no more than 4 people. No more than 4 people total sleep in house. * 1-2 well behaved dogs ($25 per dog per night) We ask that you clean up after your dog. Thank you! Sorry no other animals due to health concerns of cleaner. * Remodeled camper on our other property adjacent to cottage, if it is not rented and you would like to rent for additional space, please send message for link. * May want to bring water shoes for swimming area. * Fire pit must be attended to, do not leave it. Hose down with water when done. *Wear life jackets provided. *NH lakes at times can test for high levels of bacteria, this doesn’t happen often but at times it does. Unfortunately, it is a circumstance that is out of our control, same as rainy days at the lake. No refunds will be given but if this happens, we know you will still enjoy our amazing cottage and boating.
