There are dishes, cooking utensils and silverware available to you during your stay. It is nicely appointed with internet, quiet heating and air conditioning, a smart TV which is logged in to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and great for walking around. There is so much to explore in Land Park including a public golf course, the Sacramento zoo, walking trails or explore "the grid" downtown. The State Capitol is just 4 miles away and is a must see if you've never been. Old Sacramento is also just a couple of miles away and is a fun stop to fit into your visit. Located 15 miles from Sacramento International Airport. There is convenient and free street parking in front of the main house. The studio and property are a smoke free environment. Please keep that in mind when booking as it may not be a good fit for everybody. You will have the entire studio and the shared backyard area to to relax and recharge during your stay in Sacramento. The neighborhood is walkable to many grocery and restaurant options on Freeport Boulevard. It is a quiet family neighborhood with a great location for easy access to all the highlights that Sacramento has to offer. Uber or rideshare is an option in the area the most guests have a rental car that they can easily park in front of the house. The main house is a two bedroom two bath home that may also have guests that overlap your stay. The studio is dog friendly and the only listing on property that is pet friendly. The main house guests will not have pets during their stay.
