This quiet, clean, updated home is perfect for your longer stay for business, school, or pleasure. You have exclusive use of a fully furnished bedroom with high quality linens & your own bath. You also have full access to a stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and shared backyard. Relocating, traveling medical professionals, etc looking for 30-90 day stays are welcome. Please know I spend roughly 30% of my time in Tucson - so we would share the common areas. (COVID vaccinated host.) The space This is a very quiet and clean space super close to UArizona, Banner-UA, and TMC. You get all the benefits of a private wing of a fully stocked home in a quiet neighborhood for a reasonable price. I love hosting professionals on a temp assignment or students doing research for the summer. Guest access Everything but the master bed/bath is available for your use. This includes the grill out back, a cute bistro table in the shady front, a reasonably well stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and all you can eat or drink grapefruit in season (winter/spring). Other things to note Self check in and check out is preferred and utilizes a keyless entry. Coffee and tea are always available as are simple breakfast items such as eggs, oatmeal, and breakfast bars.
