Kozycoco offers three accommodations: "Kozy" and "Coco", located on the ground floor, and "Moka" the upstairs apartment with its spacious covered terrace. Outside, a shared pool is available to make the most of your stay. Book now! The space The "Coco" apartment offers a unique atmosphere surrounded by palm trees. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, and DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker with pods, opening onto a cozy living room with Netflix TV. A private covered terrace with glass doors is perfect for enjoying a ti’punch or a relaxing moment. Access to the shared pool is around the house. Guest access Travelers have full access to the apartment. Important: Visits from people not included in the reservation are not permitted. Other things to note For safety, insurance, and privacy reasons, please review our house rules: - Limited Access: Only the 2 guests listed in the reservation are allowed access to the accommodation and outdoor areas. Additional visitors are not permitted. - Adults Only: The property is not suitable for minors or babies. - Pets: Not allowed. - Non-Smoking: The interior of the property is strictly non-smoking. - Quiet Hours: Parties, gatherings, and loud music are prohibited, especially around the shared pool area, to respect everyone’s peace. - Parking: Please use the designated parking space inside the property, not outside. The gate should remain closed at all times.
