The space Upon entering, the ground floor welcomes you with a spacious lounge and dining area, providing a cozy and inviting space to relax and enjoy meals with your family and friends. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Moving up to the first floor, you'll find a king-size bedroom (The Blue Room) and a double bedroom (The Grey Room), both thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. A well-appointed family bathroom is also located on this floor, complete with modern fixtures and fittings. There is a very large bath to have a serios relax in, maybe with a glass of something fizzy? Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover another king-size bedroom (The Pink Room) and a twin bedroom (The Green Room). However, please note that there is a low ceiling on this floor, which adds a unique charm to the space but requires careful navigation. Previous guests have been perfectly fine with it. To enhance your stay, we have provided a smart TV with free Disney+ and installed Alexa, offering convenient entertainment options and voice-controlled assistance throughout your holiday home experience. So whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beach or explore the vibrant local area, our centrally-located holiday home serves as the perfect base for your adventures. We love the convenience of parking the car and just having a stroll around town, as do many of our previous guests. Guest access You have free parking only a few metres from the door using a parking permit system. There is also limited free on street parking when available. Sidmouth is quite flat so its very easy to get around on foot. You are in a quiet part of town but yet still close to all shops, bars and restaurants We have a self check in lockbox and if you need help we are always available. Other things to note We are centrally located and very easy access to the seafront, its actually 220 metres. If you want to wander out of town, as you head along the South West Coast Path up some of the coastal hills the views are worth the effort, Sidmouth is great for summer watersports, including kayaking and paddle boarding available on the beach. We very often take a barbecue onto the beach for a relaxing alfresco meal. The event calendar in Sidmouth is busy through the year, not just in high season. The end of July and into August is The Folk Festival with Sidmouth Regatta at the end of August. The Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues Festival is a new event in June which is fantastic. October has science week with lots to do and see. November has bonfire and fireworks and also close by there is the Tar Barrels in Ottery St Mary. The Christmas Lights are switched on around the third Saturday in November. December sees the Christmas season starting with the late night shopping.
