Cozy cottage guest house located on 7 acre property in Prairie Grove, AR. Great retreat for Razorback game weekends, sporting events, graduation, and festivals at only 15-20 min drive from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. We are within 5 minutes of Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield State Park, and the Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. Amenities include kitchenette, pool, basketball court, swings and beautiful grounds. The pool is open through August. Sleeps 3 comfortably with a queen and twin bed. We do have a queen size air mattress available if you would like to have up to 5 guests. This is a guest house, located next to the main house (as shown in the listing photos.) This is a studio style home where the bedroom and living space are combined. With a separate bathroom and kitchen/laundry room.
