Casa VistaAlegre. Cozy little house with a private pool

With great enthusiasm and desire, we have renovated this old house to enjoy it and its surroundings. Private pool, Wi-Fi, barbecue, sleeps 3. Perfect for resting and visiting the city of Granada (13 min), the Costa Tropical, Alpujarra and the Lecrín Valley. The space ATTENTION, AUGUST minimum 7 nights. Casa VistaAlegre is a 2 bedroom house on the ground floor (1 double +1 single - sleeps 3). Bathroom and living room with an open-plan kitchen upstairs and a balcony to enjoy splendid views of the town's outskirts, La Laguna, and part of the Valley. From its ground floor you can access a large patio with a private pool. 2nd bathroom next to the patio. Guest access The VistaAlegre house with its patio and pool is for private use, it is not shared. Other things to note JULY and AUGUST minimum 7 nights. Parking is easily available at the door. The LIGHT is extra. At the entrance to the house and at the exit the meter is read, the first number is subtracted from the last to see the steps consumed. The result is multiplied by 20 cents. It is usually not a significant amount (about 2 euros/day) on average. This is how we take care of energy costs when you are not in the house. Thank you!
