Relax with the whole family at our peaceful location with absolutely stunning waterfront views. The space Located on the quiet residential North side. Minutes drive from restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Important : There is no Uber or Lyft ride share services on island. Taxis are very, very expensive and do not come to our location. Rental car is a MUST! Guest access The house includes a Queen size bed (master bedroom) and full size futon (living room). In the closet is also a cot if needed, plus extra pillows, sheets, and blankets. Other things to note The road to the house is on the steeper side as we are on the hill side overlooking Magen’s Bay. Rental vehicle is a must, taxis DO NOT drive down our hill and there are no ride sharing options like Uber or Lyft. Car rental companies will not rent to people under the age of 21, while others restrict rentals to age 25. Transportation arrangements are solely the guests responsibility. The house comes equipped with a highly efficient water filtration system. The water provided is potable/drinkable.
