One of Sea Colony West's most conveniently located homes, this second-floor condo, boasting tennis and lake views from the wraparound, screened porch, is adjacent to the lake, an outdoor, heated pool and the resort's world-class tennis complex.

The main level is home to the living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a screened porch, a deck, and bedrooms including the primary suite. The loft features two sleeping spaces that are comprised of an open area and a private den. This condo boasts central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, multiple TVs, and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Go for a scenic stroll and you'll find restaurants, local shops, and the private Sea Colony Beach, all of which are within half a mile. Your vacation home is also conveniently located between two community tram stops on either side of you that can take you to the beach. You'll get to spend all the time in the sun that you'd like!

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Please respect the no dog policy.

Parking notes: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. You may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
