The home features 5 sleeping rooms: 3 full bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas in a private loft addition. Separate wing which is ideal for multi - generational families. Private yet walkable neighborhood; in close proximity to restaurants/bars, coffee shops, shopping and renowned La Jolla Shores Beach. Guest access Entire home + property, garage + 2 car driveway. Other things to note Additional Rules *PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING** Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. 1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. We do not allow parties or events. 2. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. 3. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 4. Our pool does not have a child's safety fence directly surrounding the perimeter of the pool. Please be advised of this safety concern when booking the property. The home is an indoor/outdoor space, with many doors directly opening onto the backyard pool area. All individuals on the premises/pool, assume full liability for any injuries, damages or losses that may occur. 5. Optional pool heating service available for $75/day. Please inquire about heating the pool prior to your stay as it can take up to 3 days for the pool to be fully heated in the winter months. There is a 3 day minimum for pool heat.
