The master bedroom boasts a work office nook with desk and computer chair, as well as charging cord for plugs and USB. For a more casual work setting, take a seat at the 6 person dining table, which has easy access to outlets for a quick charge. RECENT UPDATES in Jan 2024 include the master bedroom shower remodel with rain shower head, as well as a modern staircase remodel. Updates in Oct 2020 include performance floors, fresh paint, several new appliances and an HVAC system replacement. Other things to note The 2 community pools are open for swimming from April 1st to Oct 31st. The pool deck and lounge chairs are available year round. Included with your stay is access to Van Der Meer Tennis courts, which is right next door. Bring your tennis rackets or rent some for a few rounds of tennis or use our pickleball paddles for some fun exercise. Reserve your court time for 1 hour daily at the on-site Pro Shop (24 hours in advance). 2 foldable beach chairs are provided for you to use during your stay. Use our large bike racks, if you are renting or own bikes. Located right outside in the parking lot.
