The location Our comfortable apartment is located on the Norderhafen, Nordstrand - directly on the dike and a noor over which you have a great panoramic view of the island and the North Sea with Halligen from the terrace. The North Sea with access stairs is only a breeze away and "is in the air". The spa center with a small indoor pool, other offers and the tourist information are about 50 m away. Restaurants are within sight and only about 150 m away. The friendly Nordstrand offers pure tranquility and nature and is an ideal starting point for day trips: "on foot" to Sylt, Pellworm, Föhr, Amrum or Helgoland (each season-dependent ferry connections from Nordstrand); mudflat hikes, bathing beach, bike tours in the area or at any time via the road connection by car or public buses to the mainland... The amenities The apartment with approx. 85 sqm of living space is located on the 4th floor and is accessible with an elevator (the balcony is accessible via a step of about 20 cm in height). In the spacious open kitchen, ambitious hobby cooks get their money's worth: ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle, toaster, hand mixer, milk frother (Smeg), plenty of dishes and utensils make you want to cook in your vacation home. The open living room with a cozy sitting area invites you to relax with a 50" flat-screen TV (currently still a satellite dish), a compact music system from the company Nubert with radio, Bluetooth and DVD/BlueRay recorder. The apartment has two bedrooms (beds 180 x 200 cm, hardness 2) each with their own TV and shower room, so that privacy is provided. A washing machine with dryer function is also available. No pets allowed on this property. You can store your bike in a bike shed. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price.
