Discover the gîte L'Oranger, a winegrower's house on 1 level of 135 m², composed of 4 bedrooms and an outdoor area of 200 m² with a private pool. Located in the heart of the village of Margon, a pretty wine village with its castle, the house and its garden will be exclusively yours. It will offer you a relaxing and peaceful stay for the whole family or with friends. Rivers and beach 15-20 min away, canoeing, walks in the forest or in the vineyards, visits to Pézenas, Béziers or St Guilhem Le Désert... The space Spacious, it consists of 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and where you can easily meet in the evening to relax in front of the TV! Linens, towels and duvets are provided. Additional towels can be provided upon request for an additional fee. You will have free access to the Netflix streaming service. Online purchases of film or other digital products are prohibited. You will also have a pleasant garden and a furnished terrace that will be very appreciated for an outdoor lunch while enjoying the sun, or at the end of the day at the time of the aperitif and a good charcoal barbecue grill. The 4.5-meter-wide private pool will delight young and old. However, we recommend the utmost vigilance of adults towards children, especially on arrival. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: WiFi, American fridge, Cookeo, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, oven, barbecue. Guest access The cottage will be entirely yours, except for my daughters' 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom. Other things to note You will have the opportunity to park your vehicle for free in the village or in the second garage of the house, even if its access is a little narrow and requires a little handling. :) The garage can easily accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
