No vaping or smoking of any kind. No pets allowed. The space We fell in love with this 1900's cottage because of its simple elegance, original wood floors and more than anything, its location! When you step outside the cottage, you will see to your left the Matanzas Bay and only 1.5 blocks south, you will be in the majestic presence of the historic Castillo San Marco. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting. They all have dressers that you are welcome to use to put away your clothes and two of them have closets. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated with a clean and modern feel to them. The kitchen is equipped with all all the basics to make delicious meals for you and your family and it has an eat-in area. The living room is the perfect gathering area with lots of natural light coming in and comfortable seating . All bedrooms and living room have high-definition TV's, as well as ceiling fans. The property is located in a charming family neighborhood and we want to respect all City ordinances pertaining to parking. If you need additional parking, the city garage parking facilities are only 2 blocks away from the property.
