Studio with a velvety, soothing atmosphere, with independent entrance and parking. The small garden has a 30 m² terrace and a second one on stilts offering panoramic views of the sunset. You will be charmed by its cozy space and its heated indoor pool. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The pool is open from April to September. Access to the pool may present some difficulties for people with physical problems or who are overweight Sarah and Jimmy The space A tour of the premises of our gîte is systematically carried out upon your arrival when we are available. It allows us to get to know each other and to introduce you to the studio, how it works, as well as essential information about the use of the pool and the various amenities. However, in case of absence, so that you can easily find this information throughout your stay, it may be useful to also have a written summary. You will be able to consult it at any time if you need anything. 🌊 Regarding the pool: - The small window above the pool must not be tampered with. - You have a remote control (protected by plastic) to manage the colors of the water. - The dehumidifier works automatically. - In case of hot weather, the entrance door remains open for good ventilation; it can be closed when you are inside. - You have a Bluetooth speaker. - Regarding maintenance, you don't have to do anything in particular, except put the cover back as you found it when you are not using the pool or after swimming, in order to maintain the temperature and the water level. - Tea and coffee are also available in this area. - The rules are posted by the pool stairs: please read them and follow them carefully. 🏡 About the gîte: - The bedding is in the trunk to the left of the entrance. Do not use the sofa cushions for sleeping. - The bed next to it is a sofa bed for daily use, offering good comfort. It opens using a strap located in the center. - A fire extinguisher is located to the right of the bed, behind the kitchen cabinet. - The black radiator is touch-sensitive: the control dial is located at the top right. - The white air cooler is located next to it. (Check the water level in the tank for use) - You have everything you need for cooking. - Regarding the hob, it will not heat up if no container (pan or saucepan) is placed on it. ☕ Coffee makers: - A Senseo is available by the pool. - A ground coffee machine is in the cottage. (Coffee provided) 🚿 Bathroom: - The toilet is equipped with a Saniflo macerator. The black button is on the right: don't hesitate to press it several times if necessary. Pay attention to the amount of paper used to avoid any risk of a blockage. - The end of stay cleaning is included. We just ask that: - To remove the sheets. - To gather the linens (sheets and towels) in a corner of the cottage, - To put your trash cans at the entrance of the cottage. - Leave the glass on the terrace. - Empty the ashtray. 🚗 Parking and arrival: - Your parking space is located about 50 meters after the main entrance to the house.
