Studio with a terrace on stilts and a swimming pool

Studio with a cosy and soothing atmosphere, with a separate entrance and parking. The garden has a 30 m² terrace and a second one on stilts offering you a panoramic view of the sunset. You will be charmed by its cosy space and heated indoor pool. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The swimming pool is open from April to September. Access to the pool may present some difficulties for people with physical problems or who are overweight Sarah and Jimmy The space A tour of our gîte is always carried out on your arrival when we are available. It allows us to get to know each other and to introduce you to the studio, how it works, as well as essential information regarding the use of the swimming pool and the various facilities. However, and in the event of absence, so that you can easily find this information throughout your stay, it may be useful to also have a written summary. You will therefore be able to consult it at any time if necessary. 🌊 Regarding the swimming pool: - The small window above the pool must not be tampered with. - You have a remote control (protected by plastic) to manage the colours of the water. - The dehumidifier operates automatically. - In the event of very hot weather, the entrance door remains open for good ventilation; it can be closed when you are inside. - You have a Bluetooth speaker. - Regarding maintenance, you don't have to do anything in particular, except put the cover back as you found it when you're not using the pool or after swimming, in order to maintain the temperature and water level. - Tea and coffee are also available in this area. - The rules are displayed by the pool stairs: please read them and follow them scrupulously. 🏡 About the cottage: - The bedding is in the trunk to the left of the entrance. Please do not use the sofa cushions for sleeping. - The bed next to it is a sofa bed for everyday use, offering a good level of comfort. It opens with a strap in the centre. - A fire extinguisher is located to the right of the bed, behind the kitchen cabinet. - The black radiator is touch-sensitive: the control dial is located at the top right. - The white air cooler is located next to it. (Check the water level in the tank before use) - You have everything you need to cook. - The hob will not heat up if no cookware (frying pan or saucepan) is placed on it. ☕ Coffee makers: - A Senseo is available by the pool. - There is a ground coffee machine in the cottage. (Coffee provided) 🚿 Bathroom: - The toilets are equipped with a Sanibroyeur macerating toilet. The black button is on the right: feel free to press it several times if necessary. Be careful with the amount of paper used to avoid any risk of blockage. - The end of stay cleaning is included. We just ask that: - To remove the sheets. - To gather the linen (sheets and towels) in a corner of the cottage, - To put your rubbish bins at the entrance to the cottage. - Leave the glass on the terrace. - To empty the ashtray. 🚗 Parking and arrival: - Your parking space is located about 50 metres after the main entrance to the house.
