Vacation home aan de Maas in Broekhuizen / Arcen

You rent a beautiful upper house from us with a panoramic view over the Meuse in both directions. You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts passing by you all day. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV. The space The upper house is composed by: - Hallway with private access by stairs on the outside of the house. - Cozy living room giving access to the large terrace (9 by 2 meters) located on the Meuse side. - A semi-open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a combi microwave and gas stove. - 1 master bedroom with 2 one person box spring with adjoining a luxury bathroom and separate toilet. Additionally there is an almost identical 2nd bedroom. We have a cot, a camping cot and a high chair with accessories. There is wireless TV and Wifi. Smoking inside is not allowed. No pets. There is a sofa bed in the living area for a 5th person. There are mosquito nets in many places. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible via a private entrance via a staircase on the side of the house. There is parking next to the house and on the Molenberg. There is plenty of room to put bicycles. Other things to note In consultation with the residents, you can use the washing machine in the garage for small laundry. Prices include cleaning fee, sheet package and towels. Arrival from 3 pm, departure until 11 am. Stay is based on self catering. Pets are not allowed.
