Idyllic 110-square-meter vacation rental with a large, fenced 750-square-meter property for families and pets, nestled in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath... yet centrally located, making it easy to plan day trips to Hamburg (25 minutes) and Lüneburg (15 minutes), Heide Park Soltau, Walsrode Bird Park, Egestorf Barefoot Park, Hanstedt Treetop Trail, the “Green Eagle” golf resort in Luhdorf, Luhmühlen (horse) military park, the “Snow Dome” in Bispingen, and Nindorf Wildlife Park, as well as day trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea... so there's plenty to see! The space Currently, the vacation rental is designed for a maximum of 3 persons (+ any pets + a small child)! There are 2 parking spaces right in front of the apartment, which are included in the price and always reserved for the apartment and therefore free. The apartment offers a large, exclusively furnished, cozy living area (55" TV & 5.1 surround sound entertainment system & PlayStation game console), a kitchen, a full bathroom with a window, a double room for 2 people (including its own cable TV), and a single room for a single guest (including its own cable TV); a dedicated Wi-Fi access point is available. The 750 sqm outdoor area has a small garden cottage, a large terrace with a grill & plenty of lawn space to relax and/or play. By arrangement, bicycles can be rented or a delivery or pick-up service to canoe & boat docks in the regional area can be arranged. Another double room will be added shortly (if necessary, please contact the host at any time!) Room / Persons / Occupancy: 1 person = single room "Hamburg" 2 people = double room "Lüneburg" 3 persons = "DZ-Lüneburg" & "EZ-Hamburg". IMPORTANT; If 2 people want to stay in separate bedrooms, for 3 (!) To book people so that the cleaning company can also prepare the single room accordingly. Pets are welcome at my place; please note the fee of €10 per pet per day. It should go without saying that pets are not allowed on the bed, as the accommodation is allergy-friendly and complies with the relevant Airbnb regulations. The “price per stay” is not representative for pets, as, unfortunately, Airbnb does not (yet) offer a breakdown between day and pet(s). Guest access If the host is not present, check-in can also be done through a key safe; (the corresponding code will be provided by the host after booking if necessary). On the day of departure, check-out must be by 10 a.m.; extensions are only possible by arrangement, as this affects follow-up bookings and the housekeeping / cleaning company! Other things to note The price per pet/day is 10 euros. A corresponding insurance policy must be provided, and it must be ensured that neither the interior furnishings nor the property are soiled or damaged by the pet(s).
