Relax & feel good in Lüneburg Heath

Idyllic 110sqm apartment with large fenced 750 sqm property for family & pet in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath... yet centrally located to also excursions to Hamburg (25 minutes) & Lüneburg (15 minutes), Heide Park Soltau, Vogelpark Walsrode, barefoot park Egestorf, treetop path Hanstedt, golf resort "Green Eagle" Luhdorf, (horse)Military Luhmühlen , "Snow Dome" Bispingen, Wildpark Nindorf, but also plan for day trips to the North & Baltic Sea... The space Currently, the apartment is designed for a maximum of 3 persons (+ possibly pets +infant )! There are 2 car parking spaces right in front of the apartment, which are included in the price and are always reserved for the apartment and are therefore free. The apartment offers a large exclusively furnished cozy living plank (55" TV & Entertainment 5.1 surround system & Playstation games console), a kitchen, a full bathroom with window, a double room for 2 people (including private cable TV) and a single room for a single booker (including private cable TV); a private Wi-Fi access point is available The 750 sqm outdoor area has a small garden shed, a large terrace with barbecue & plenty of lawn to relax and / or play. Bikes can be rented by arrangement or a delivery or pick-up service to canoe & boat docks in the regional area can be agreed. There will be another double room shortly (if needed, please speak to the host at any time!) Room / Persons / Occupancy: 1 person = single room "Hamburg" 2 persons = double room "Lüneburg" 3 persons = "DZ-Lüneburg" & "EZ-Hamburg". IMPORTANT; If 2 people want to stay in separate bedrooms, for 3 (!) To book people so that the cleaning company can also prepare the single room accordingly. Pets are welcome at my place; please note the fees of €10 per animal / day - it should be a matter of course that animals are not in bed or on the sofa, as the accommodation has an allergic status. The "price per stay" is not representative, as airbnb unfortunately does not (yet) offer a breakdown of the day / animal(s). Guest access If the host is not present themselves, the check-in can also be done by a key safe; (the appropriate code will be advised by the host if required after booking). On the day of departure, it must be checked out by 10 a.m.; extensions are only possible by arrangement, as this affects succession bookings and the housekeeping /cleaning company! Other things to note The price per pet / day is 10 euros. If (larger) pets are brought, a corresponding insurance policy must be provided & ensure that both the interior design and the property are not contaminated / damaged by the animal (s).
