This is a highland villa area about a 10-minute drive from Iida Interchange, and the renovation house has opened as a guest house for renting the entire house. It's not luxurious, but it's been renovated with a focus on creating a comfortable space. Located next to a campsite, you can enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck, take a walk along the lake, go fishing, and more. (The campground is a separate fee. Please check with Sawashiro Ranch Campground) Indoors, you can also enjoy a home theater with a projector that is easy to operate with Wi-Fi. Connect to your Amazon Prime Video and Netflix accounts. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy it at high volume anytime. Feel free to use the 84 ㎡ occupied area during your stay. You can use the washer and dryer for free, so it's great for long stays. We provide self-catering facilities so you can enjoy your stay according to your travel plans. In winter (January-March), snow and ice may remain about 500 meters from the campsite. When you come, please come with a car with studless tires and, if possible, with 4WD. The space ~ ~ You can stay by bicycle & there is a bicycle rental ~ ~ The hotel is equipped to welcome bicycle travelers as a cyclist-welcome inn "Pedal Terrace". There is space for bicycles to be brought in and managed on the terrace and in the room, and we also provide maintenance equipment for your convenience. We also rent bicycles (e-Bike) with electric assistance (for a fee) and cycling guides in rural villages only for guests only. Bicycle rental is available for 3 electric cross bikes (e-bike) and 2 cross bikes. There are also two 20-inch mountain bikes (for elementary school and lower grades) for children.
