The space The apartment is located in the attic of a solidly built house at an altitude of over 950 meters and is accessible via a separate staircase. It has a private entrance area with space for the wardrobe. It has a 40 sqm living area incl. Kitchenette with washer/dryer, a sleeping area and a luxurious marble bathroom. The apartment's great location allows you to take walks and hikes of varying lengths to enjoy the countryside in the region. Wonderful views of the Wetterstein and Karwendel massif are available from Elmau (about 1 hour walk) or the Buckelwiesen (about 15 min walk via the Roman road). There are swimming facilities at Lake Geroldsee, Lake Grubsee and Lake Barmsee (about 30 minutes' walk). Isartal and Walchensee can be reached in a few minutes by car. In the winter months, the cross-country ski trail network can be reached in just a few minutes. We are happy to provide more information about other excursions and activities.
