Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. To preserve the building’s aesthetic, we kindly ask you not to hang clothes, towels or other items on outside the building. Bicycles are available for guests to spend pleasant days exploring the local area at their own pace. Nestled between rows of vine and green olive trees, our guests will live in a beautifully natural environment where they will be able to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, or take pleasant country walks through our vineyards. The holiday apartments of Palazzo Trevignane are located inside a 17th Century mansion, which used to be used as a holiday residence by noble families. The mansion, with its surrounding land and adjacent winery, was bought in 1931 by the Novelli family, who started the family business. In 2020, our family began a careful and accurate renovation of the mansion’s ground floor, with the aim of giving this beautifully located historical building a new lease of life. This resulted in three new apartments. The apartments were designed and built in keeping with the original architecture but with a modern twist that creates the perfect fusion of old and new. Exposed masonry, vaults, and friezes have been brought back to life in order to create elegant, refined spaces. Guest access The apartments are located on the ground floor of a 17th Century mansion, surrounded by Tenuta Trevignane. Each holiday apartment overlooks a private garden in the mansion’s courtyard, where you can stroll, eat at the shared gazebo or on the outdoor table reserved for each apartment or relax on the sun loungers (2 per apartament). The Winery is adjacent to the apartments, thus giving guests the opportunity to learn about and purchase the cellar's selection of wines, oil and grappas.
