It is located near Europa-Park (17 minutes walk) and Rulantica (27 minutes walk). The nearest stop of the Rust-Bus (shuttle bus of the municipality of Rust) is only a few minutes walk away. One free parking space is located directly in front of the house. You can also reach restaurants, cafés and shops for your daily needs in just a few minutes. You can start your day with a fresh Senseo coffee or a fine tea and enjoy the amenities of this appartment. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher has everything you need to cook and eat. The spacious living area is equipped with a large smart TV, sideboard, a sofa bed (queen size, 160x200, bed quality!) and two single beds. The dining area with large table and comfortable chairs seats 6 people. The separate bedroom is equipped with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200), wardrobe as well as a large smart TV. High-quality bed linen and towels of hotel standard are provided. In the bathroom with shower and bathtub, essentials such as shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer are provided. The appartments has an additional separate toilet. The covered terrace with garden view invites you to linger. The in-house playground is located in the garden.
