Apartment is located in a modern apartment building, located on one of the most popular streets in Wilanów - Sarmacka. Only 10 minutes' walk from popular restaurants and cafes and 15 minutes from the biggest attraction - the Wilanów Palace. Apartment has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 Guests, where it will certainly be nice to watch your favorite movie on a smart TV or read your favorite book. Next to it is a table with modern chairs. The living room with the kitchen create an open space. You will find all the necessary equipment and accessories to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones in the kitchen. It's equipped also with a fridge freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bedroom is a separate lockable room with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and basic cosmetics such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Additionally, the comfortable apartment for you is equipped with an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Guest access Apartment is located on the 1st floor, in a building with an elevator, in a building with 24/7 security. I also provide a parking space in the underground garage, which is included in the price. I also offer a set of bed linen and towels for each guest. There is also WIFI internet access - fiber optic network. The apartment is only at your disposal. I issue invoices. Other things to note Please take care and behave in my Apartment as if it was your place and remember these few rules. - Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please honor my neighbors. - Not allowed any kind of parties, meetings, occasional events - No smoking - No pets allowed Check in time is from 4 PM, check out until 10 am-I will try to adapt to Your needs as possible. You don't have to go anywhere for the keys, I will be waiting for you in the Apartment. It is possible to arrange passing the keys during the night, however, there could be an extra charge of 60 pln. Please keep the keys. In the event of their loss, the cost of replacement of the lock I will have to charge the Guest. Please inform me about exact time of Your arrival at least one day before so that I could welcome You and give any directions.
