Studio La Maravilla, Playa La Barrosa

We live in a fantastic finca in Andalusia, Cadiz, Chiclana de la Frontera, Las Maravillas, on an area of ​​2500 m2 with a pool and a beautiful, exotic garden and offer our magical studio for rent. It is only 8 minutes by car to the endless dream beach of La Barrosa. A gem where 1001 nights are guaranteed with breathtaking sunsets at golden hour on the 60 square meter chillout terrace! The space The studio has an area of ​​35 square meters. The rooms have been built generously. The studio is unique with its furnishings; it was expanded with a lot of passion according to the ideas of the owner. There are old floor sheets in the living area and in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom is an antique 18th century door from a confessional. The many wall cupboards and the kitchenette were custom-made by a carpenter. On the 60 square meter terrace there is a dining table with 6 chairs and a brick lounge. The lounge was also built according to the owner's ideas with many small details. The absolute highlight is the Silla Colgante (hanging chair). There are several plants in containers with solar lights that provide a beautiful accent. In the evening there is a particularly beautiful ambience of 1001 Nights and invites you to linger with a good glass of Cadiz wine. Guest access Guests have access to the pool and garden, which is shared with us. In the garden there are our animals, three dogs and 6 cats, which run freely. The cats also come up onto the terrace or roof. Not suitable for people with animal allergies, phobias or no empathy for animals! Sun loungers and beach towels are available to guests in the garden and pool (6x12m). Dogs are welcome by arrangement. They must get along with our dogs and cats and be trained. We do not accept dogs in the summer months from the beginning of July to the end of August. Dogs are not allowed on the beach and cannot be left in the studio or on the terrace in the heat. If you are staying for a longer period of time, your laundry should be washed in the nearby launderette in Novo Sancti Petri. Or, by arrangement and an additional charge, the laundry can be washed/dried and ironed by our cleaning lady. Other things to note Not far from the studio there is an old man's health food store where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh eggs and other delicious things. The wine from the Cadiz region in particular is unsurpassable and must be tasted. For riding enthusiasts, our farrier offers rides in the surrounding area and to the sea in his nearby finca. Or a Doma Vaquera course can be organized like rutas. Of course, there are other horse riding providers that we would be happy to recommend. Since we have horses ourselves, we know our stuff and can offer tips. That's why the studio also offers ideal accommodation for people who are looking to buy horses. We are happy to talk shop with the guests in the evening. Or give tips on where best to buy horses. Our finca is an oasis to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. That's why barbecues and parties are not welcome on our premises. It is also not desirable to invite strangers onto our property without our knowledge.
