In Stone Studio in Nature every day starts with a stunning sunrise view over the sea, listening to the sounds of nature. Situated in the middle of the island, on the outskirts of the medieval village of Evropouli, our studio gives you the opportunity of relaxing vacations. You’ll be close to Corfu town but far enough to relax and enjoy the peace of nature. Corfu’s best beaches and Corfu’s historical center, are just 15 minutes away by car. The space The house is tastefully decorated with the main wall made of stone and traditional accents. It’s perfect either for couples or families with one or two little kids or a small group of friends. The bedroom is somehow separated from the living room, so that guests can keep also their privacy. Enjoy your sleep on the queen size handcrafted iron bed, with a very comfortable Imperial mattress. In the bedroom there is a large flat tv with a usb port so you can watch your favourite movies or listen to your music. The kitchen has modern cabinetry made of solid oak wood, equipped with all the pots and electric devices needed like refrigerator, electric oven, sandwich and coffee maker etc. Within the same place a big couch is available as well, which can be used as a bed, for one or two little kids. We can replace the couch with a baby bed (cradle) if you ask for it. There is an Andalousian style full bath made of multi colored tiles, with a shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer etc. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drink at the beautiful veranda admiring the view towards the Corfu’s Old Fortress, the mountain chain of Ipirus and the mountain of Pantokrator. Our philosophy is based on offering authentic Greek hospitality our guests, so we are happy to help you make your stay as enjoyable as possible, sharing information for unique places and activities for the most beautiful Greek island, Corfu. Shops near us There are enough food stores, supermarkets, taverns or restaurants in just 2 kilometers distance. In the village of Evropouli there is a traditional café offers coffees, soft drinks, refreshments etc. Points of interest near us Next to the property stands the famous Capodistrias Museum which was the summer home of the first governor of Modern Greece, showcasing exhibits commemorating his life and accomplishments. The museum’s garden café offers soft drinks or coffees. Every Thursday there is a summer cinema in the museum’s garden, playing some of the best movies – pieces of art, from past decades. Very close to the property is the Gouvia’s Marina where you could find cafes, restaurants, play area for children. A stroll in the Marina is a unique experience. The famous sandy beaches of Glyfada, Ermones, Gialiskari, Kontogialos, Mirtiotissa, Ipsos, Dasia etc are only 20 minutes or less from the house.
