The space Zaivan Revive is a cosy yet fully equipped studio apartment in a renovated Art Deco building that has been renovated and reinforced (earthquake proofed in 2012) in a central area of Bucharest. The studio boasts a well planned kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave oven with grill function, fridge with freezer and even a conveniently located dishwasher. The GROHE water filtering system gives you on-demand access to great tasting drinking water at no extra cost or hassle, for the duration of your stay. The main room has been meticulously renovated and furnished to maximise the use of space. A king size bed (180x200) with 5* hotel-grade mattress and luxury topper take centre stage in the room. Various open and closed storage options are available making the space a dream for light and heavy packers alike. A lightning fast internet connection and ergonomic desks with easily accessible outlets and task light. The studio is blessed with full west exposure, getting abundant afternoon sunlight which can also be toned down with floor to ceiling black-out curtains. Apart from the natural sunlight, the cosy studio was fitted with a whopping array of 14 different artificial light arrays with more then 35 individual light sources, giving guests the ability to control their light needs throughout the day. *** EARTHQUAKE PROOF*** Bucharest is situated in a region prone to major seismic movement while at the same time having a collection of historical buildings that lack proper structural reinforcement. While there is a city-wide structural reinforcement plan for a number of years, the process is slow and most residential buildings have not been structurally reinforced. Our building is one of the first ones that has been fully consolidated in 2012 and currently has a safety assessment on par with modern constructions. While many Airbnbs in historical buildings will try not to disclose their risk level, we will, upon request, present all technical documentation to demonstrate the safety of the building. *** CLEANING POLICY *** Our property receives professional cleaning services between every booking, hotel-grade towels and linens are used and professionally treated in commercial laundry facility. We offer complementary cleaning, linen and towel exchange based on the following nights of booking scheduled: 1 - 6 nights - No intermediary cleaning. 7 - 14 nights - One intermediary cleaning. 15 - 27 nights - Two intermediary cleanings. 28+ nights - One cleaning every 15 days. Every cleaning includes changing of all towels and linens. Additional cleaning and towel change can be booked for 200 RON (40 EUR). Ironing of personal items can be added to cleaning for an additional 100 RON (20 EUR) for a regular batch of around 15 items. Guest access Access to the building is done thought the building entrance, the elevator being easily accessed. The studio is located on the 6th floor, and it is fully accessible to renters, including the vast balcony.
