Ideally located in the heart of the historic city center of Angouleme, it is easily accessible and has underground parking (for a fee) 200 meters away. Our concierge service is available 7 days a week to satisfy all your requests. The space This cozy studio invites you to its spacious living space equipped with a sofa bed, HD TV, Wi-Fi, and a sleeping area with quality bedding. It also has a separate kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) and a bright bathroom with bathtub. Its functional and convenient layout is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note Please note before you book: - Parties and any other organized events are prohibited. - No smoking is allowed inside the listing. - Any illegal activity is prohibited. - No pets allowed - For stays longer than a week, we ask our guests to maintain the accommodation. If your time does not allow it, we offer a weekly cleaning service including linen change (for an additional fee).
