Mas des Poutres - Pink Gîte 100 m² * * * *

Located in the Drôme, not far from the beautiful city of Valence, in the village of Charmes sur l'Herbasse, is our 18th century historic Mas. Here you will find Gîte Rose, an authentic, spacious and luxurious holiday home where you can completely relax. Since the Drôme is not too high, you can enjoy all the beauty that the area has to offer from early spring to late autumn. Hiking, biking, good food, a trip by car or motorcycle, it's all possible here! The space Gîte Rose (100m2) lacks nothing. The gîte consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a dining area, a children's corner and a cozy wood stove. The open kitchen is equipped with all the luxuries including fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine (Nespresso) and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a single bed. On the floor are the master bedroom with a double bed and access to a covered veranda with beautiful views, a 2nd bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with a sink, bath/shower and toilet. If desired, a baby bed can be added on the upper floor. All beds are box spring beds of 2m10 long which are made on arrival. Guest access There is a lot to do in the area, but you can also enjoy yourself on our estate. The grounds are completely enclosed and therefore safe and clear (very convenient with small children). The parking lot, equipped with a car (fast) charger, is located almost at the beginning of the driveway, making the rest of the site car-free. The large garden of (10,000m2) is entirely available to our guests and offers fun activities for the children. A private terrace is located in front of the gîte. On the grounds, there is also our own house, and in the garden, we built a Tiny house in 2021, suitable for up to 2 people. From May to September, we have a (set-up) swimming pool available where you can cool off. And if you really want to unwind, there is the option to reserve our hot tub. We are happy to heat it up for you, after which you can gaze for hours from the lovely warm water with a drink in your hand at all the stars shining above the Drôme! Other things to note The use of the hot tub is optional. The cost is €35 per time/day. You have exclusive use of this. We fill the hot tub with fresh water and take care of the heating with the wood stove. It is necessary to reserve the hot tub in advance, feel free to send us a message to make sure the hot tub is available for you. Smoking and pets are not allowed
