Located in a quiet/safe area in the center of Bukit Baru. Walking distance from 99 mart, 717 mini mart, a Mee Goreng / Roti Canai stalls. 2 min drive to Bukit Baru foodstall, and Big 10 supermarket. Easily reachable from Ayer Keroh Toll. The space Occupancy can fit up to 38 guests with extra floor bed. (Rate quoted at Airbnb only for 16 pax BUT this is for 24pax. ) got additional guest start from 25 ~ 38 guests will be charged RM50 with full set of extra bed supplied, this extra charges need to be paid cash upon check in. Other things to note We provided BBQ facilities, please clean up after use. If not charges Rm150 for cleaning the BBQ area and the BBQ tools. but please bring your charcoal and disposable dishes, spoon and fork. Towels can be provided upon your request. If a towel is lost or stained, a charge of RM50 per towel will apply. Please count them upon your arrival and ensure all 24 towels, to avoid any misunderstanding. Any event needs to get approval from the owner. Bringing in products from other suppliers is not allowed. A karaoke system is provided. Please note that singing or using the speaker after 11PM is not allowed. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND TOILET. SMOKING OUTSIDE THE HOUSE IS ALLOWED. Other things to note Deposit: RM1000 security deposit is required 24h before check-in. After check-out, if no damages to the property, deposit will be refunded within 48h. It is the guests exclusive responsibility to supervise adequately kids and non-swimmers while renting the homestay.
