"The Loft" is 150 m² habitable, bathed in light, including 70 m² of quiet living room, 3 bedrooms with bathroom, 160 cm beds, closets, dressing room... The space The Loft welcomes you with a large entrance hall and several storage closets. Then comes the main living room with equipped kitchen and its central island, open to the living room and lounge, about 70 m2. Two large bay windows bathe this room in light and invite us outside, towards the 50 m2 patio with its mini pool. On the night side, 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom, will allow you to rest. The largest is equipped with a large bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine to accommodate 1 or 2 additional people, or 8 in total. The garage is equipped with a laundry area. Guest access Access is easy, we can guide you if needed. We are located 2 minutes from the Leclerc shopping center and the surrounding shops.
