The quiet location, a private entrance, access to the terrace and the private bathtub make for a cozy and private atmosphere. Borussia Stadium is just 2 km away. The motorway can be reached in 1 – 2 minutes. A bus stop can be reached in 1 – 2 minutes on foot. "Rheydt Hbf." can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus (taxi about 10 minutes). The space The apartment is located in the basement of a 2-family house and offers a combined living room and bedroom on about 35 m², as well as a private bathroom. The apartment is separated from the rest of the house and has its own entrance, as well as a parking space at the house. The living and sleeping area is located on the quiet garden side and has a box spring bed (180x200cm) and a cozy couch with coffee table. Despite the basement, the large window provides a lot of light during the day and the shutters ensure a relaxed sleep at night. Many indirect light sources ensure cozy evenings. In case more than two guests, the couch can be folded out into a full bed with a 140x200cm mattress for up to two more guests. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, as well as a microwave with barbecue. Coffee and tea are available free of charge. A well-stocked minibar with lots of drinks and snacks completes the feel-good offer. Dishes, cutlery etc. are of course available. A full HD flat screen TV (32") with international satellite TV, landline phone with its own extension and free guest Wi-Fi is available. In the bathroom you can relax in the bathtub with rain shower. Towels – also for daily change –, various cosmetics, towel warmer, hair dryer and internet radio leave nothing to be desired. The 6x3m heated garden pool can be used during the summer months, as well as the seats on the terrace. The Studio is non-smoking. Smokers have a covered seating area on the terrace.   The DARK ROOM – The Cinema Experience The home cinema is integrated in the room. A 4x2.2 m large screen invites you to long film evenings on pictures of over 8 m². Next to the cozy couch, the bed on the pedestal allows for a particularly cozy cinema experience. The technology is of course up to date. A full HD projector provides bright images and bold colors, whether in 2D or in the middle of the action in 3D. The Dolby surround system delivers impressive basses and clear heights from seven speakers distributed in the room, as well as a powerful subwoofer. Whether Blu-ray, streaming or your own devices – many things can be played. Whether you brought your own movies or the more than 150 existing Blu-ray and DVD provide enough variety. Guest access Private access to the apartment and private bathroom. In consultation, the laundry room with washing machine and dryer can also be used, as well as seating in the garden. Other things to note Pure cinema feeling! In addition to the large film selection of over 200 Bluray/DVD, there is the possibility to prepare fresh popcorn in the cinema. The "cinema package includes the "popcorn-all-you-can-eat" with all the ingredients and the machine rental/cleaning. Please message me about the reservation.
