The space Located in the basement of a 2-family house, the apartment offers a combined living room and bedroom on approximately 35 m², as well as a private bathroom. The apartment is separated from the rest of the house and has its own entrance, as well as a parking space by the house. The living and sleeping area is located to the quiet garden side and has a box spring bed (180x200cm) and a cozy couch with coffee table. Despite the basement, the large window provides plenty of light during the day and the shutters for a relaxed sleep at night. Many indirect light sources ensure cozy evenings. For more than two guests, the couch can be unfolded into a full bed with 140x200cm mattress for up to two additional guests. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, as well as a microwave with barbecue. Coffee and tea are available free of charge.
