WIFI (50 Mb/s), NETFLIX, coffee and tea for free. 5 minutes’ walk to tram station (then 15 minutes to the Old Centre). 10 minutes’ walk to metro station (then 4 minutes to the Old Centre). 1 double bad (200 cm x 160 cm), equipped kitchenette. 1 bathroom with shower corner, toilet,washing machine (hair dryer). The space Studio Apartment has one living room, separated entrance hall and bathroom. Free WIFI (not shared with other neighbours).The studio is non-smoking. In the living room there is one double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), flat screen TV (free NETFLIX), dining area - small table with two chairs (and two bar stools). Studio Apartment has full equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware - pots, frying pans, spoons, forks, knives, kitchen utensils, plates, cutting boards, cups, glasses). Bathroom has shower cabin, toilet, washing machine (hair dryer, towels, shower gels, shampoos, iron, and ironing board, free toiletries). From the main room there is access to the terrace = designated smoking area (smoking in the studio is strictly forbidden). Kids Courtyard is private and not belongs to studio apartment (kindly ask you not to use it). Guest access We use self-check in system. Guests pick up keys from the key-box locker. To open the key-box it is necessary to dial the code (code is provided on the day of arrival). Check-in is possible from 5 pm (or earlier based on request). Check out is till 10 am. Parking is possible in front of the building. It costs approx. 20 CZK per hour. The way from the airport takes about 50 - 60 minutes by public transport. It is not complicated. There are several possibilities. For. ex. if your plane lands on Terminal 2 (Václav Havel Prague Airport) you can take bus No. 119 to Nádraží Veleslavín (metro station). From there, it is easy, you will go to Muzeum (metro station), then you switch the line from A to C and go to Nádraží Holešovice metro station, which is 10 minutes’ walk to the apartment (if you don’t want to walk, you can take a tram No. 12 or 6 to Ortenovo náměstí – 5 minutes’ walk to apartment). The way by car takes 25 - 30 minutes. Other things to note The apartment is in Prague 7 - Holesovice, a modern part of Prague full of bars (some of them open til early morning), restaurants, bistros, wine bars, coffee-bars, exhibitions. There are tremendous places where you can taste very cheap craft draught beer! The apartment is situated close to the river if you want to have romantic atmosphere you will find it there. Near Nadrazi Holesovice you can visit "Vystaviste Praha Holesovice”. It´s a fabulous and very attractive exhibition hall and the venue of exhibitions, concerts, food or music festivals, etc. Near “Vystaviste Praha Holesovice” there is access to a beautiful park – “Stromovka”. You can have a picnic there or you can just walk in fantastic nature. One stop from “Nadrazi Holesovice” there is Vltavska metro station. From there you will enter to anther nice and famous area with plenty of restaurants - wine bars, beer bars, pizza restaurants, cafes, wellness clubs, theatres, galleries. Just walk up on Milady Horákové street and you will certainly find nice place to sit and enjoy atmosphere.
