The space The room is located in Casa MarBella, a boutique style hotel in Santa Teresa, situated on a mountain slope on the Pacific Coast. The casa provides panoramic ocean views and is surrounded by jungle. It’s centrally located in the jungle town and is within walking distance to stores and some of the notable restaurants in the area. Most importantly, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes (Playa Carmen). - The Room - The Luxury Condos spanning two levels (130 m²/ 1500 ft²), offer the most space and privacy of all the typology of rooms. It comes with three bedrooms, cathedral ceilings, A/C, two private bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious private terrace with ocean view. One of the Condos has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds; in the other it has 1 king bed and 4 twin beds. This room has optimal living space for small groups and families. The room overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is just a few steps away from the infinity pool. The décor of room is a minimalist approach with a tropical touch. It accommodates up to six people. - The Hotel - The hotel is essentially 1 grand villa consisting of 8 separate and unique units surrounding an infinity pool overlooking the coast (“sunset view”) and the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve, the first national park in Costa Rica. It has 4 different typologies of rooms for your different needs and group sizes. It offers unique accommodation in Santa Teresa for those seeking the service, safety, and privacy of individual hotel rooms, yet the intimacy of a private villa. Reservations can be made for individual hotel rooms or for full hotel rental, depending on what you are looking for. Although, the area itself is renowned for its consistent surf breaks which some are within walking distance from the property, there are plenty of other attractions that draw guests. These include hiking, yoga, canopy tours, dining, and so much more. We even have our own private ocean view yoga terrace, where we keep mats for private practice. You don’t even need to leave the hotel to enjoy watching wildlife in their natural habitat. Amongst others, you can see howler monkeys, iguanas, and a variety of bird species. Moreover, we have a private access to the restaurant next door that literally steps away and has a spectacular sunset view. Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday in our jungle home. You will have exclusive access to the bedroom and its private bathroom. Additionally, you will have shared access to all hotel common areas, which include the Infinity Pool and Whirlpool, Sun Deck, Ocean View Yoga Deck, Honor Bar Area and Reception Area. Other things to note - A 4x4 is highly recommended for the roads in the area and to get up our hill - We have 2 Luxury Condos at the hotel. One of the Condos has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The other Condo has a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in each the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Both Condos can sleep up to 6 people. When you book, we will send you a message with which Condo is available and the bed configuration. Also, the photos we have included are a mix of both Condos. - We can put a crib (Pack-n-Play) in the room upon request.
