Central location, in a village with a worldwide reputation and prestige thanks to the history of its great Burgundy wines, on the Dijon-Beaune axis on the route des Grands Crus (14 KM south of Dijon / 26 KM north of Beaune). The space The Gîte " L'Angevin " is located in a quiet street in the upper part of Gevrey-Chambertin. Settle in this cosy and functional place of 30 m2 with a bedroom (upstairs access by stairs), typicality and elegance for your greatest comfort. Enter the main room, all in length, luminous, with visible stones, French ceiling, with a rigorously neat and elegant presentation. The integrated kitchen, sober, with all the conveniences (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, fridge with freezer space ...) is open on the main living room with dining area, and invites ideally to the preparation of good meals to allow you a convivial stay. Access the intimate living room by 3 steps from the living room, for your reading or TV break and access to the first floor. As for the sleeping area on the first floor, the bedroom, with its "green and white" colours, is composed of a standard 140x190 double bed. The long bathroom on the first floor has a shower and washbasin area with a towel dryer. A real little nest for lovers! Guest access Public parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of L'Angevin. If you are a sportsman, cyclist, hiker, motorcyclist..., there are many paths in the area, as well as the route des grands crus, which will make you happy !!!! You will have access to a closed dependence to store the material necessary to the practice of your passion, also in the lodging a washing machine to lighten your suitcases, and to keep all the extent of the place of life. Other things to note Just put your luggage down! The housekeeping package includes cleaning after your departure and the rental of sheets and towels.
