Designed for couples, the apartment includes: - A romantic and warm space featuring an Aubade SPA, a giant screen projector, a Bluetooth speaker, a premium Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and an Italian shower. - An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a cozy living room with Smart TV. - A bright loggia for quiet, relaxing moments. ✅ Included: bath linens, SPA access, projector, tea, and coffee upon arrival. 🎁 Additional options: Parking space in a private outdoor lot (not reserved, availability cannot be guaranteed). Romantic setup (rose petals and half bottle of champagne for €40). Travel cot (on request). ⚠ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your creations! ⚠ Be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10:30 PM and 7 AM.
