"Tuscan gem" vacation home

Situated in the tranquility and peace of the Tuscan countryside, this house is spacious, welcoming, and relaxing. We like to call our property a little unspoiled corner. Two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, and three bright bedrooms overlooking the beautiful, spacious garden and the typical Tuscan scenery of olive groves and vineyards. The house is completely pet-friendly, and there are three small Beagles who occasionally spend time with guests (well-behaved and calm). The space The first double bedroom features a wrought-iron double bed overlooking the bright garden. All bedrooms are equipped with linens, towels, spare clothes, and ceiling fans (except the upstairs bedroom, which has a small "pinguino" air conditioner), wardrobes, dressers, bedside tables, etc. The second, slightly smaller bedroom has a double bed overlooking the front of the property. The third bedroom, upstairs, has two single beds, a garden view, and is very bright. The house has French windows that lead directly to the garden patio, where you can enjoy the Tuscan summer. There are two TVs for enjoying a good movie in the evening with connected platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. The bedrooms are independent and distant from the other areas of the house. In the dining room, you'll find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed for sleeping in the evenings. The garden, the heart of the house, is a true gem; Very bright, with a front-row seat for watching the colorful Tuscan sunset, meticulously maintained with seasonal plants and cypress trees. The comfortable and functional kitchen is equipped with every comfort and all appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, Italian and American coffee maker, microwave, etc. There are two bathrooms, one in the sleeping area, spacious and equipped with two showers, and one near the living room, a guest bathroom. Both have windows and feature blue and green finishes. The outdoor space is accessed by a large gate if you're driving, or by a small gate if you're walking, both located on the same side. The small gate leads to the front of the property and the main entrance. The large gate leads to the parking lot via a dirt road lined with olive trees. From here, you can access the garden and, continuing on, the rear of the house, namely the patio. Here, we find a large terraced lawn, equipped with a barbecue, loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor table to enjoy the view of our beautiful hills. We offer complimentary Tuscan products as a welcome basket, so you can also sample some of the local flavors. Among these, you will also find a bottle of wine from the Castelvecchio estate, and a complimentary tasting offered by us with a ticket to visit their beautiful cellar. The various attractions are about a 15-minute drive from Pontedera, where you can find the train station with connections to all major cities. Florence is about 45 minutes away, Pisa about 30 minutes, and Livorno about 35 minutes. The sea and the nearest beaches are 40 minutes away. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the secondary entrance from the street, a parking space and will have free access to the laundry room and the garden shared with the owners (residents in the adjacent house) Other things to note The property is immersed in nature, literally... and there are many animals. The Beagle in the listing photo is called Gemma, which is the origin of the property's name. Her 8-month-old puppies, Giotto and Gina, are also present. They are affectionate and docile and can sometimes be found in the shared garden (if guests wish to avoid contact, please specify and we will arrange this).
