Come and enjoy our Family Beach home in Ormond by the Sea!! We are 6 lots away from the Semi private Beach. The Ocean is waiting for you. House is fully furnished for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Outdoor shower to rinse the sand away and 2 full bathrooms. Over 1700 sq. ft. For you to enjoy! 7 adults can sleep comfy in beds or bring the family. Plenty of space for everyone. Spacious fenced private backyard. Lanai and outdoor seating. Have a cup of coffee on the front porch. The house is a split 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ranch. Master bedroom and 1 full bathroom on one side, other 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on other side of home. The rest of the house holds a Family room w/split sectional and 2 comfy cozy chairs. Florida room has extra long comfy couch. Enclosed Lanai has couch, loveseat and chair with a nice buffet table. Gourmet Kitchen is open and spacious. All new appliances with everything you need for all your meals. Dining table that seats 4 with more seating at the island or pass thru for 7 more. Nice and secluded backyard that’s fenced in with table and chairs for 6. Great area for your four legged 🐶 friends as well. Seating on the front porch as well for those ocean breezes. While grilling out, high top table with 5 chairs in the garage so you can keep an eye on your BBQ! A day before your arrival I will send you the code to the keypad for the garage. You will find the Guest Book on the island in the kitchen. You may text me throughout your stay with questions and concerns. If you have questions or need any assistance. I’m always available. Please realize that this is a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents. They will not tolerate fireworks and loud parties. They can call Volusia county to complain which will jeopardize my Airbnb. So Please treat my neighbors kindly!!! Please inform us when you bring your four legged friends, they need to be up to date on all shots and flea care. Since we are PET FRIENDLY i ask you to clean up after your pets inside and outside of the home. Please clean up after them when walking them. *If anything is broken during your stay, we ask you to inform us so we can keep track of our inventory. We provide a lot of extras so you can enjoy your stay. We ask you to treat our home and things kindly, so we can offer the same experience for the next guest. We are a non-smoking home.
