Bed and breakfast in Erie

This large third-floor room was likely used by the head of the household staff and later served as one of the master bedrooms in the 1940s. It features a king-sized four-poster bed, a lovely window seat, and a comfortable sitting area. The room includes a sink located in the bedroom next to the door of the en-suite bathroom, which contains a toilet and shower. This setup allows one guest to use the sink while another uses the bathroom, combining convenience with historical charm. Presque Isle State Park and the Erie Bayfront are a short drive or bike ride away. Guest access In addition to the individual rooms guests also have access to the following • Dining Room • Parlor • Library • ½ Bath on the 1st floor • 2nd floor solarium which has a small refrigerator and a water cooler w/ instant hot water for coffee, tea or hot chocolate. • 3rd floor sitting area • Large front porch with seating in Spring - Fall During your stay Upon arrival guests will be welcomed by Innkeepers Steve and Lisa who will provide a brief tour and explain the history of the home if you would like. The innkeepers prepare and serve Hot Breakfast each morning and are available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The Innkeepers live in a private section of the home. Other things to note All rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor and there are no elevators We are unable to accomodate children under 10 years of age. Please be sure to notify us of any allergies or Dietary restrictions at least 1 day before you arrive so that we can plan breakfast accordingly
