Relaxing Getaway near Carolina beach

My humble home is all yours for a relaxing beach vacation. It is about 10 minutes away from the beautiful southeastern beaches and 15 minutes from downtown. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a couch to comfortably accommodate the family for your stay. The screened in carport is the perfect place to unwind and settle into your beach-town peace of mind. This house is in Wilmington but is nestled closer to Carolina Beach and all the beauty the oceanfront has to offer. The space The guests have access to the whole house. Three bedrooms Two bathrooms Kitchen All cooking utensils Refrigerator Washer/dryer (only cold setting hooked up) Screened in carport-porch Back yard and folding hammock available in the shed Other things to note The house is older so it comes with its fun quirks :) The steps into the front of the home are uneven, so please watch your step! The back eyes of the stove work better than the front. The front two stove eyes are wired wrong so I have relabeled them for you, however I recommend only using the back two for safety. The washer and dryer work and you are welcome to use. The laundry only uses cold setting due to a pipe issue that has not been resolved yet. The house is treated for insects regularly so if you see an insect firstly welcome to the coast :) and secondly it will die. The perimeter control works in the way that if a big crosses the perimeter it picks up the chemical and will die shortly after and sometimes that means near the doors of the house. Fear not :)
