Garden King Suite at Peninsula Park View

Located a few steps from the middle entrance to Peninsula State Park A charming poolside efficiency with soft colors and simple but elegant décor, a fireplace and a kitchenette. With more windows than walls, guests can open the curtains to enjoy light streaming in from three sides. Outside is a private porch with wicker furniture and a flower garden. The Garden King is situated separately from the other units. Parking is right by your door and there is one step up to reach the porch. The space A bit of history and amenities... The Garden King was part of a home moved up from the Ephraim Wetlands Park to Peninsula Park-View in 1999. It was extensively remodeled and a favorite for guests who come. Guests relax by the fireplace after hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing in the 3,776 acre Peninsula State Park across the road on the quiet middle entrance into Peninsula State Park. It is a wood and a nine iron from the championship golf course entrance. The cottage has A/C, Cable TV with VCR/DVD Player, free WiFi. The kitchen includes a small gas 4 burner stove and oven, microwave and under counter sized refrigerator and microwave. You will find a coffee maker, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, and toaster. The over sized shower in the bathroom is semi-handicapped accessible with a seat and a long shower hose. For privacy and convenience, there is a roomy vanity area outside the bathroom. The Garden King is by the complimentary large outdoor heated pool available for guests to use mid June through Labor Day. The pool is complimentary and open from 10:30 to 8:00, pending weather and unexpected maintenance issues. Tested twice daily, we make sure it is safe for you. Pools are an amenity that cannot be guaranteed because of the possibility for unexpected problems. This is rare in our pool. If it is closed unexpectedly, we provide no refunds, but can help you find ways to explore Door County based on your interests. From May through October, there are shared charcoal grills, a fire pit, picnic tables and yard swings and a gathering Room with ping pong and games. Located across from Highland Road, the quiet middle entrance, into Peninsula State Park, it is a wood and a nine iron from the championship golf course entrance. There are bicycles free for guests use from 8 to 5:00 in Peninsula State Park from May through October. Rates are based upon double occupancy. Max occupancy is two. Guest access This rental is entirely private, no interior shared space with other guests. It is attached to the main building. Rental includes access to a seasonal heated outdoor pool with poolside gathering room (closed in the winter). There is parking right outside your door and additional parking for a boat.
